Praises In Our Mother-Tongue

I saw You in a dream,

But the radiance of Your glory,

Has shut the door of my mind,

Tying the root of my tongue,

With the cord of wordless wonder.

The image of Your presence,

Roams the corridors of my heart,

But my lips have refused,

To walk their paths of ages,

To drag the thoughts rioting in my head,

Down the lane of mundane expressions,

To cause attending ears to tingle.

But Ariiro-Ala,

I know I beheld You in a dream.

#Ariiroala means Glory beyond Description.
